Brian has earned several professional career accomplishments such as: Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing from The Kaizen Institute, Professional Training Facilitation Certificate, Certified Quality Auditor and Leadership Awards from The Training Consortium and LMI USA.
Brian, as a director and manager in private industry, government and his own businesses, integrates practical achievements to help you gain measurable results. He brings international experience and has been awarded Gold Medals for his work in the fields of quality and leadership; as well as, community awards such as:
- Distinguished Service Award from the Police Board of Commissioners Region of Peel for meritorious service during the 1979 Train Derailment. Some 250,000 residents were evacuated and moved to safe locations.

These include Halton Peel Enterprise Development Centre; Boards of Trade; Junior Achievement; Service Clubs and various communities based organizations.

John Johnson studied Industrial Engineering at the Royal Military College (BA)(P.Eng.) and coupled with a postgraduate degree from the School of Business at Queen’s University (MBA) has provided him with a foundation of manufacturing knowledge. John has several years practical experience helping to successfully turnaround companies in trouble.
Ed Kilneris also a P.Eng. in addition, past President of the Project Management Institute. He has successfully managed a number of projects in aerospace, automotive and biotech. Ed brings some 35 years of proven experience.
The Enterprise Centre founded by Brian Walker has successfully assisted in over 775 new and existing businesses. It is composed of a team of professional that understand how to develop high performance teams and businesses. The Centre achieved a 70% success rate over a 10-year period, where 70% of the graduates were still in business 10 years following the completion of the very successful new business program.
